			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The first time I saw a <a title="Mr. Frotheringham Illustration" href="http://www.edfotheringham.com/" target="_blank">Mr. Frotheringham</a> illustration was on the cover of Mudhoney&#8217;s &#8220;Piece Of Cake&#8221; CD in 1992.
