I’ve enjoyed seeing what creative ideas these two clothing companies will come up with next in their line. Monsieur T has a new summer clothing collections available now. A Priceless Way has a new Siawanese Twins shirt design printed on organic cotton.

Georgetown’s Artopia is probably the only event were you can listen to Gypsy music, check out Skateboarding art and see power tool races all in the same day. The event starts on Saturday June 28th, from Noon to 10pm. This Wednesday’s Seattle Weekly will feature a pull out Artopia event schedule.

The way Portland’s Nicole Georges draws faces is fantastic. Nicole’s most recent project is releasing an Anthology collection of her zine “Invincible Summer” through Microcosm Publishing.

Roq La Rue will be back open on June 21st, with Chris Reccardi’s new work on display. His new show titled “MONO” features sixteen vibrant new pieces of art follow the inhabitants of a mysterious mod-styled world.

After you’ve soaked in the Fremont Parade on Saturday be sure you view the Art Car Blowout on 35th N & Evanston in the Burke Building parking lot. Cars from all over America and Canada will be there for this 10th annual event.

With hundred’s of posters, magazine illustrations, and apparel projects under his belt, Sasha Barr is in huge demand right now. His artwork looks like it was made with a drippy calligraphy pen on a multi colored woodprint. Nice style.

We love the bright artwork on the new Flight of the Concords CD. Tyler Stout of Brush Prairie, Washington was the man behind the art on the cover. His linework and color choices are both vintage and current at the same time.
